We're thrilled to have you as our guest. To ensure a harmonious and delightful stay for you and all our guests, we've put together a set of guidelines. Kindly take a few moments to familiarize yourself with our house rules. These are in place to guarantee your comfort and safety, as well as to maintain the quality and integrity of our suite.

Rental Rules for the Olive Suite
1. Occupancy: The Olive Suite is designed to comfortably accommodate up to 3 guests. Over-occupancy is not allowed.
2. Use of Pool: Guests of the Olive Suite are permitted to use the pool. However, please ensure that safety protocols are followed at all times.
3. No Uninvited Guests: Guests are not allowed to invite additional persons to the property. The suite and its amenities are exclusively for the use of those who have booked.
4. Photo Restrictions: Republishing of photos taken within or of the Olive Suite for profit is strictly prohibited.
5. Quiet Hours: Please respect our neighbors and maintain quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM.
6. No Parties: Parties or large gatherings in the suite are strictly prohibited. Guests interested in hosting an event should refer to the higher rates applicable for such occasions. Please request a quote here
7. No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the Olive Suite. If you wish to smoke, please do so outside and responsibly dispose of cigarette butts.
8. Pets: Unfortunately, we do not allow pets inside the Olive Suite. They are welcome in the garden area, provided they are well-trained. Please ensure they do not cause any disturbances or damage to the property.
9. Checkout Procedure: Kindly ensure that the suite is left in a tidy manner upon checkout. Any damages or missing items will be charged to the guest.
10. Safety: Please ensure all windows and doors are locked when leaving the suite, and always be cautious around water areas.
11. Internet Usage: Free Wi-Fi is available for guests. To access the Wi-Fi, scan the QR code found in the house. Please refrain from any illegal online activities.
Violating any of these rules might result in immediate eviction without a refund. We trust and hope for your full cooperation.
