Refund Policy – Villa Elia

At Villa Elia, we understand that unexpected circumstances can sometimes affect your special plans. While bookings are non-refundable, we do offer flexible solutions in specific cases.

In Case of Rain (Outdoor Events)

If weather conditions make it impossible to host your outdoor event as planned, we offer the option to reschedule your event to the next available date, based on venue availability and with no extra charge.

Force Majeure or Event Cancellation

In the event of cancellation due to force majeure (e.g. natural disaster, pandemic-related restrictions, etc.), only the 50% initial deposit will be retained. The remaining balance is not required, and the event is considered canceled.

Please Note:

  • Full refunds are not provided under any circumstances.

  • Date changes due to rain are subject to Villa Elia's availability.

  • Refund and rescheduling policies apply only to direct bookings made through our official channels.

Olive Suite Bookings – Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • For accommodation or creative bookings (such as filming or photoshoots) at the Olive Suite:

  • A 50% refund is available if you cancel at least 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival or project date.

  • Cancellations made less than 30 days in advance are non-refundable.

  • If a new date is needed, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request based on availability, but this cannot be guaranteed.

  • Please note:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 working days.

  • This policy applies to bookings made directly through Villa Elia’s official website or communication channels.
